Mr. Lee Wee Khiang is the founder
and Managing Director of Ultravision Pte Ltd. Mr. Lee, who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a M.Sc in Electronics Engineering, started his career designing the SIR-1 robot host operating system and robotic vision interface for Scentech-Intraco Pte Ltd. Thereafter, he proceeded to design the SIR-3 robot operating system, multitasking motion controller and robot-voice control interface. |
From a career in technical design, Mr. Lee then moved on into the sales and marketing of imaging processing equipment, industrial computers and designing turnkey automatic visual inspection system for I.C. checking and television tube checking. A promising executive, he was soon promoted through rank-and-file to be the Head of Media/Imaging in Intraco-Tech Pte. Ltd.
Wielding more than 15 years of work experience in Machine Vision products, Mr. Lee founded Ultravision to better serve the industry and develop this niche market in the region. With his vast experience, intimate technological know-how, and leadership, the company is now a key player in the regional machine vision market, flourishing with a very promising future.
